We facilitate multi-vendor sales by enabling product listings, transactions, and communications directly through WhatsApp. Selekta launches its portfolio of solutions with its "Drinks-as-a-Service" (DaaS) model, allowing consumers to order their favorite beverages from various online platforms, retail stores, or directly from wholesalers, simplifying the process of buying digitally.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate information when registering or interacting with Selekta, including age verification to confirm you are 18 years or older.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp account used for Selekta.
- You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal or harmful activities, including the purchase of restricted products by underage users.
4. Vendor Obligations
- Vendors must ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
- Vendors are required to honor orders placed through Selekta and adhere to fair pricing policies.
- Vendors must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including age verification for the sale of beverages.
5. Payments and Fees
Selekta earns a margin on transactions. Additional service fees may apply as agreed upon by vendors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on Selekta are owned by Colossus Haven International Ltd. Users and vendors are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or exploiting Selekta's intellectual property.
7. Liability
Selekta is not responsible for any disputes between vendors and customers, including but not limited to issues of quality, delivery, or pricing. Selekta is also not liable for any misuse of the platform by underage users.
8. Termination
Selekta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, including but not limited to underage use or fraudulent activity.
